Random Acts of Romance directed by Katrin Bowen is going to be screened at the Carlton Cinema in Toronto on November 8th. General release dates both domestic and overseas have still to be revealed but from the trailer this looks like it’s going to be a fun movie and we’ll see Amanda is a different type of role as well one or two other former Stargate performers.
Amanda Tapping interviewed by The Scifi Diner podcast (Ep 185) and now the audio has been posted to youtube. Have a listen to the interview and their podcast then let them know what you thought, it’s a great community at the Diner:)

The Amanda Tapping panel at Phoenix Comicon, Alan is there somewhere:)
I watched the season finale of Motive yesterday which starred Amanda Tapping. She wasn’t one of the identified players in the story (the show tells you who the victim and murderer are) but it was an excellent role and performance plus some good makeup work to age her where appropriate. Motive is now being aired in the US on ABC and comes to the UK on the 13th June at nine o’clock on Universal.
WE Vancouver – Amanda Tapping Interview.
A heartfelt and frank interview with Amanda at her joy on the birth of her daughter Olivia and heartache over a number of miscarriages before and after. A truly inspiring and honest view of a problem that many women and couples have to deal with and one which could be more easily handled within a more open and honest society.
Amanda was the special guest on The Rush on Shaw TV (Tuesday 9th April), her interview begins around the 18 minute mark but watch the entire live stream, it’s all entertaining and good to see Robin Dunne having a great time.
Just point the camera and click, oh no a lot more to it than that and it begins with the right subject and Amanda Tapping certainly fits the bill:)
News from this years Shore Leave 35 is that Amanda Tapping is scheduled to attend the August 2nd through 4th convention along with William Shatner and Julie Caitlin Brown.
