A Very Happy Birthday to Tobin Bell who played the Tollan “Omoc” in the Stargate SG1 episode “Enigma” but he is perhaps best known for playing the role of “Jigsaw” in the Saw movies. Tobin has a long and varied resume and he is one of those actors you see in so many shows but may not always know their names.
