Many happy returns of the day to Tobin Bell who played the highly opinionated Tollan leader “Omoc” in the Stargate SG1 episode “Enigma”.
His most well known role was as ”Jigsaw” in the Saw series of movies but he’s had a long and varied career including spots on 24, Revelations and NYPD Blue.
