A very happy birthday to Carrie Anne Fleming who appeared just the once in the Stargate SG1 episode The Sentinel. She has made guest appearances on Continuum, Smallville, The 4400, Supernatural and theatrical features such as Good Luck Chuck and The Tooth Fairy.
